These are BoginaBag Limited (BoginaBag) terms and conditions of sale to which all retail purchases are subject. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime without notice. Any changes will take effect when posted on this website. By using this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions do no affect your statutory rights.
1. The contract
1.1 Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between us BoginaBag and you (the customer) will take place when the goods have been paid for by you and dispatched by us. Any email, order confirmation or other acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.
1.2 In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description, we reserve the right to notify you as soon as possible and give you the options to proceed with this revised order at the correct price or description or to cancel the order. In these circumstances upon cancellation any payment made will be refunded in full.
1.3 All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last.
1.4 All prices are shown in pound sterling and include VAT where appropriate.
1.5 The VAT Registration Number of BoginaBag is 980061529.
1.6 Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English.
1.7 In the event of any dispute arising the laws of England shall apply.
2. Ordering Goods
2.1 You can order online paying by debit/ credit card through PayPal. Alternatively orders can be sent by post with a cheque for the price due, cheques to be made payable to BoginaBag Limited. BoginaBag will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you using the address you supplied when registering with our website. When an order is placed by post no order confirmation will be issued unless an email address has been supplied. This email is only an acknowledgement of the order and does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.
2.2 PayPal is now available as a payment method on BoginaBag.com. Just follow the on screen directions to make payment. You will receive an email from BoginaBag confirming your order. You will receive two further emails from PayPal, one notifying you that you have authorised a payment on your PayPal account, and one to confirm payment once we have dispatched the order.
3. Delivery of Goods
3.1 The price quoted for the goods and for packaging and delivery is the price for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders for delivery outside the UK will be considered on an individual basis and the price will vary depending on the delivery address.
3.2 We are normally able to deliver the goods within 7 days of receipt of order and payment.
4. Return of Goods
4.1 In order to keep costs as low as possible we are not able to offer a policy that guarantees a refund or exchange regardless of reason.
4.2 On receipt of the goods you should arrange to inspect them and notify us immediately if anything is missing or damaged. Where goods are damaged we will liaise with you to organise their return and on receipt of the damaged goods you will be issued with a replacement as soon as possible which is usually within 7 days.
4.3 These terms do not effect your statutory rights.
5. Colour Specification Weights and Sizes
5.1 Representations of colour online are as accurate as our photographic and electronic processes will allow. Please note that the actual colour of goods may vary.
5.2 All weights and sizes are supplied as a guide only and are approximate.
